Brook’s free and focussed approach allows him to stay in problems longer, build and maintain professional relationships, and get out and about with clients. With a background in finance and venture capital, Steph is Next’s business, numbers, and investment guru. While she loves nothing more than settling in with a good spreadsheet, for Steph it’s all about variety. She loves that in any given week at Next, she may be interviewing customers, ideating on large scale transformation projects, facilitating workshops or developing business models for new ventures. When she’s not moving and shaking in the office cutting deals, Steph’s moving and shaking in the club cutting rug.

Pat's a pragmatic dreamer, and thrives on working with talented teams and clients. Drawing on his experience delivering strategic direction across multiple brands and industries, Pat brings a gentle wisdom and an infectious enthusiasm to Next. Pat believes great strategy lies in developing new and innovative ways to solve problems, and collaboration and experimentation are key to delivering positive business outcomes. When he's not flying the Next flag, Pat's most likely wrangling his two kids, with the NBA or some 90’s hip-hop on in the background.

Flynn’s design seed was planted while creating posters and websites for friends’ bands as a teenager. After studying graphic design, Flynn moved into the digital space where he found a love for user interface design. For Flynn, it’s all about the journey - untangling problems, watching ideas sprout, nurturing them as they grow, change, fall apart and rebuild into beautiful, elegant, and accessible design solutions. Flynn leads with creativity and openness, and is a master at bringing beautiful digital experiences to life (including this here website!).

After completing a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Biotechnology Seana decided to leave the lab and bundle up her experience in translating scientific research into innovative and tangible products and bring it on over to Next. Seana is an experimentation expert whose love lies with leveraging insights to rapidly prototype, build business models and test in market. Given Seana’s worldly curiosity, it’s no surprise that she is one of the more well-travelled Nexters. Seana’s not from Harlem, but she is one serious Globetrotter.

Strategy, large scale business transformation, CX, innovation - Nancy, is pretty much a one-woman agency. Since graduating with an MBA from Melbourne University, she has worked across tech, professional services, automative and retail industries designing solutions, uplifting businesses, and doing what she does best - getting it done! Nancy loves nothing more than working with a bunch of smart folk to make an impact on clients and people. She also hosts a mean dinner party - looking forward to that invite, Nancy!

Starting her career in digital production, Liv was always able to wrangle a team, but her most treasured moments were with the design teams, working on the user experience. Next presented Liv with an opportunity to stretch her wings beyond project management, where she’s found a passion for solving complex business problems and creating solutions that impact people and businesses for the better. Liv is our resident boardgames master, but be warned - she is seriously competitive and will either dominate or flip the table trying.

Mack came into Reece as a marketing graduate, spending 8 months learning the Reece ropes in branch. After joining Next, Mack fell in love with working with people to solve complex problems, and found a serious set of service design skills along the way. Mack’s jam is working collaboratively and inclusively, always bringing everyone along for the journey. Mack is also really scared of birds, so if you swoop in to say hello, make sure you beak kind.

Another Nexterino plucked from the Reece Graduate Program, with Bachelors degrees in Marketing and Finance, our young-gun Cal brings talent to a whole other level. Always on the hunt for a learning opportunity, Cal’s passion for understanding and solving problems is matched only by his encyclopedic knowledge of trade business operations - although we hear that Cal’s backyard cricket and BBQ skills are all but unrivalled.
